PRO.CHILD

The project aims at contributing to more effective responses to child abuse at local level by sharing best practices among professionals. In particular, the project has two Specific Objectives: 1) promoting an integrated upskilling path for professionals of municipalities, regions, state authorities and associated non-public actors regarding child abuse interventions; 2) learning from each other through the development and exchange of best practices.
Ultimately, this project contributes to the need for developing a more European approach with regard to the protection of vulnerable children by providing the possibility for social workers and other relevant staff to exchange valuable knowledge and experiences with other European colleagues on this topic.
The project includes the realization of transnational meetings, trainings, seminars and the publication of a handbook.
