The project aims at creating a well-structured and shared path of dialogue and discussion on the European Union common values among young people and between them and the local authorities involved, so that young participants may become the ambassadors of democracy and promoters of the knowledge of the European Union for their peers. The goal is to understand together which tools and opportunities at local and at European level can stimulate their growth as humans, students and employed people opening. European values and democratic principles will be at the basis of the path which will promote the deepening of some important and current issues from a youth perspective, such as: labour market, gender (in)equality, the effects of the wars on young generations, multicultural society, threats and opportunities of the digital dimension, climate change and sustainability, empowering youth through creative arts, European Cultural Heritage as foundation for a common future.

The project promotes exchanges among citizens of different countries through the realization of transnational meetings, including an international event in Faenza, and contributes to spreading best practices through the realization of activities at local level.

The project is co-funded by the European Programme CERV – Networks of towns

Duration: 24 months (January 2024 – December 2025)
